Chairman cuts the ribbon on the new Chapel Lane defibrillator

Councillor Martin Wakins, Chairman of Wilmslow Town Council cut the official ribbon of the latest defibrillator to arrive in Wilmslow.

On Monday 8 July the new device was unvieled outside the Chapel Lane Pharmacy. In a joint project involving the Town Council and the Chapel Lane local businesses and community groups, the new device will be available 24 hours per day and will be on the North West Ambulance register of available devices. The Town Council has provided the defibrillator and the local comunity led by the Green Room Theatre have provided the all important and equally expensive external case which ensures it is available when needed.
